Salary: Competitive, experience dependant.

Location: Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, based in our Northallerton or Otley offices.  Some travel to other sites will be required.

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday

Benefits: 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays’, company pension and other benefits.

Align Property Partners are an award-winning building design consultancy and 2024 is looking to be our busiest year yet. With exciting new projects coming up with our Partner North Yorkshire Council and private sector clients, we are looking for Engineers of all experiences to join our Highways and Infrastructure team to support our continued growth.

We are looking for those with:

• A degree, ONC / HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with experience working in this field.
• A proven track record in the application, principles, theory, and practice of the specialist area of responsibility such as UK standards, adoptable standards and guidelines and specifications relating to the area of expertise.
• Experience in the conceptual and detailed design of infrastructure projects
• Knowledge in preparing detailed designs and specifications using PDS and/or Civils’ 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage etc
• Substantial experience within an engineering consultancy or highway management organisation
• A good working knowledge of the NEC3 and NEC4 and other contract types and procurement options

Meet the team
